Prairie View A&M women's basketball schedule for 2019-'20 season

Prairie View A&M women's head basketball coach Sandy Pugh announced the 2019-20 schedule. The 12-opponent non-conference slate includes match-ups with six Power 5 teams.
Fans will get their first look at Lady Panthers on November 5, when Texas A&M - Kingsville pays a visit to the William J. Nicks Baby Dome as part of Prairie View A&M's season opener. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m.
After the season-opener, starting with a November 8 date at Oklahoma as part of the 2019 Preseason Women's National Invitational Tournament at 7 p.m. If successful against the Sooners, Prairie View A&M would continue to the next round, set to take place November 10-11, with the final rounds of the tournament to be held from November 15-17. Following their play in the Preseason WNIT, the Lady Panthers head to the desert to face Arizona on November 20.
In December, the Lady Panthers hosts Florida (from the Southeastern Conference), December 5, for the first time in school history at 7 p.m.
Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play begins Saturday, January 4, with a home game versus Alcorn State.
The Lady Panthers' first conference road game will be played at arch-rival Texas Southern, on Saturday, January 11.
PV's SWAC regular season concludes on the road Saturday, March 7, at Southern.
