N'Denasija (Dee) Collins and Timia Jefferson commit to HBU Huskies

N'Denasija (Dee) Collins and Timia Jefferson announced they have chosen to attend Houston Baptist University and play basketball for Head Coach Donna Finnie. Both are members of the 2019 high school graduating class.

Jefferson, 5'8", guard, was named to Dallas Morning News' District 9-5A First Team last season. Jefferson attended Seguin High School, in Arlington, TX, her first 3 years of high school; however, she transferred to Mansfield Timberview for her senior year.
Jefferson's passion for the game has been described as 'contagious'; however, she also earned Academic All-District her three years at Seguin HS.
Collins announced her commitment to the Huskies Saturday afternoon, September 8:

Collins, 5'10", forward, was named to Dallas Morning News' District 10-5A First Team last season. She's an "athletic, wing defender and a consistent scorer."
Collins and Jefferson play AAU / grassroots ball on Jason Terry's Lady Jets Platinum Elite squad.
The Early Signing Period to sign National Letters of Intent is November 14-21, 2018.
