Friday night, Head Coach Johnny Jones and Texas Southern men's basketball received a verbal commitment from the Class of 2019.
Ja'Mare Redus (6'0", 155) announced his commitment to TSU on Twitter:

Ja'Mare attends Aldine Eisenhower High School and plays for Nike Pro Skills on the AAU / grassroots circuit.
RCS Sports ranks Ja'Mare 4th in its Class of 2019 Rankings.
Ja'Mare had scholarship offers from Hofstra, Oral Roberts, and Missouri State.
