Rockets Sign Free Agent Matur Maker

Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey today announced that the team has signed free agent forward Matur Maker (muh-TURR).
Maker (6'10", 200) was eligible for the 2019 NBA Draft. Last season, he played professionally in both Switzerland and Slovenia while averaging a combined 11.6 points and 8.5 rebounds.
A native of South Sudan, Matur grew up in Australia and played for prep schools in the United States and Canada. He's the younger brother of Detroit Pistons forward Thon Maker.
